Hi, I'm Anrick. Over two decades I've directed award-winning projects for many organisations and brands, working across AR and VR, spatial computing, live action, animation, and immersive installations. I built unique teams for each project that work at the intersection of emerging technology and traditional storytelling, translating complex technical ideas into experiences that feel human.
Studio ANRK is my creative practice. We partner with brands directly or work through ad agencies, on everything from experimental R&D, AI, or other commercial projects. We embed quickly into existing teams and workflows, and work across the full creative and technical stack: from concept to production to development through to final delivery.
Some of that work sits at unusual intersections: an interactive anime called Attraction made with Koji Morimoto; Airmeter which lets you see the pollution in the air around you in realtime; a VR documentary called Camp Century bringing a lost Cold War army base back to life; an exhibition at UNESCO in Paris called Three Walls documenting the destruction of Mosul under ISIS; and an Instagram AR project called Revival that digitally restored ancient Egyptian artefacts inside Cairo's National Museum. Alongside those: collaborations with many organizations such as Marvel, Sony, Google, Disney, AR work for the Snap Originals series Breakwater; live action commercials for companies like Toyota, Lexus, and Seat, luxury brand experiences for Ralph Lauren and Bvlgari to name a few; an AR pool coaching app for Snap Spectacles called Pool Assist; a game called Crime Scene for The Guardian; and VR/MR games like Tonae and Storm.
